True Blue: Royal Service in Chicago Since 1951

70 Years Devoted to Our Customers

It's said that quality is not an act; It is a habit. No superficial, performative gesture can replace consistent excellence. We've spent seventy years building a culture of five-star service and unmatched in-house custom creations by treating each client like a guest in our home, training the right people, and trusting the instincts of our artists.

"True Blue" from the Beginning: In 1951, an extraordinary craftsman and his brilliant wife set sights on opening a fine jewelry boutique bearing their family name. When the time came to dream even bigger, Stan, their third child, and his wife Ingrid took the family's vision to heights never imagined. During those early years, our motto was "True Blue," a reminder that our paramount priority was loyalty to the families who trust us. Today, that devotion hasn't changed. It is still baked into our DNA to do all we can for each person walking through our door.

When a fiancé-to-be wants to find the most important ring their love will ever wear, or when a daughter is redesigning a vintage necklace gifted from mom, or when a stylist wants the real-life version of a piece they've imagined, we are patiently listening to their stories. We are sketching the details and molding the final masterwork. Together, we celebrate life's milestones with our clients. Our duty is not only to provide the world's greatest treasures but to offer the most welcoming atmosphere and expert customer service available.

Why does the number 70 mean so much to us? The seventieth year is traditionally honored with platinum, one of the earth's rarest and purest metals. This choice is fitting since it takes a special superpower to do anything well for seven decades. Fortunately for our family, there is no superpower greater than the support of a community. The Second City has embraced us as their first family of jewelry, and we are determined to repay Chicago's trust with "True Blue" care.

Getting even better with time: Patina is a finish no one can accurately mimic. It's earned with wear and time. Like the classic patina of a platinum diamond ring, we're getting even better with each passing year. How do we continue exceeding expectations? As the luxury industry advances, so do we, and at the center of our success is a team of in-house experts shining brilliantly. Our designers, professional appraisers, SAWTA and WOSTEP educated watchmakers, and enthusiastic bench jewelers all operate within our boutiques for the benefit of our clients. By maintaining our specialists' training and education, we're ensuring that the best of the business will always call Razny Jewelers home.

Razny Jewelers is the leading family-owned and operated source for loose diamonds, bespoke jewelry, and Swiss timepieces. The third generation of this family business is entirely devoted to the future of luxury. Christine and Michael Razny are Graduate Gemologists who work diligently to find unforgettable treasures. Eric Razny's amiable personality perfectly translates the elevated geniality for which Razny Jewelers is known. This is only the start of our story.
