From graduations to baby showers, and everything in between, these are the moments for which we live! Debbie visited our new Patek Philippe and Rolex store in Chicago’s Gold Coast while shopping for a gift for her son Matthew. Once she found the perfect gift, an iconic Rolex Daytona, she was informed there would be a wait to receive the watch. Any disappointment she may have felt was quickly abated with the help of Matt Farley, a Rockstar member of our sales team. Here’s what Debbie had to say about her experience:

“Razny Jewelers, Oak Street Location, has an amazing selection of watches, and Matt Farley is incredible to work with. Matt treats all customers like they are his most important. He spent a tremendous amount of time letting us try on watches and going into detail [describing] each timepiece. His expertise on all the watches is extensive, and he puts no pressure on you to purchase. Matt is very patient, and it is obvious his priority is to cultivate long-term relationships and make sure you get exactly what you want. Once we finally decided on a watch, Matt was honest that it would be difficult to get and there would be a wait. During the waiting period, Matt kept in close communication, giving us constant updates about the status. In the end, Matt delivered exactly what he promised within the time frame he promised. Outstanding customer service! I can’t recommend Matt Farley and Razny Jewelers enough.”
