I met Joey on a dating app in the beginning of 2020. We started dating in February and a month later lockdown restrictions began for Covid. We spent every weekend at each other's houses playing board games, watching Homeland, and having cooking competitions against each other. Although it was a strange and scary time, we looked forward to every weekend spent together. We fell in love without outside distractions and knew very quickly on that we wanted to spend the rest of our lives together.
