We do. For Rolex timepieces requiring full servicing, we provide a two-year warranty.
We are happy to accept your timepiece at any of our four locations. Razny Jewelers in downtown Chicago (Gold Coast), Addison, and Highland Park are Rolex Plaque Certified. This certification means our watchmakers have been trained directly by Rolex to provide the Greater Chicago Area with the same high-quality care for which Geneva is known.
Of course! We work with a wide variety of brands, but not all. Please note that services offered and prices vary on a case-by-case basis. We must examine your watch in person to provide accurate information.
For servicing fees, we accept credit cards, cash, and check. We do not collect a deposit upfront. After your estimate is presented, you may be asked to provide a deposit equaling 50% of the total service cost.
Battery replacement fees are $15 plus tax.
Timeframes vary depending on many factors, including the type of service provided and the availability of parts. Please expect more information along with your estimate.
Generally, a crystal replacement will require a complete service. We ask that you please bring your watch into our store so that we may evaluate and confirm the needed services.
