Razny Jewelers is authorized by Rolex and other leading brands to service and repair timepieces. Our certified watchmakers are graduates of the Watchmakers of Switzerland Training & Education Program (WOSTEP) or the Swiss American Watchmakers Training Alliance (SAWTA), and they receive ongoing annual training.
Our in-house watch repair center at our Oak Street store in downtown Chicago is maintained to surgical-level standards and equipped with advanced tools. Additional facilities in Addison and Highland Park support our service capabilities. The Addison location is currently under renovation and scheduled to reopen in late 2026.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
As a Rolex Plaque Service Center, Rolex has authorized Razny Jewelers to provide a complete servicing of most Rolex timepieces. For timepieces from other brands, our services include partial servicing and battery changes, both of which are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Razny Jewelers can provide essential maintenance for Patek Philippe watches.
We must first examine your timepiece in person to provide an accurate estimate for any repair or servicing. This easy process allows us to be transparent in detailing what is needed and what you can expect. Visit any of our four locations to speak with our experts.
We do. For Rolex timepieces requiring full servicing, we provide a two-year warranty.
We are happy to accept your timepiece at any of our four locations. Razny Jewelers in Addison, Chicago Oak Street, and Highland Park are Rolex Plaque Certified. This certification means our watchmakers have been trained directly by Rolex to provide the Greater Chicago Area with the same high-quality care for which Geneva is known.
Our watchmakers are CW21 (Certified Watchmaker for the 21st Century)- certified, in addition to being SAWTA- or WOSTEP-trained. Our Rolex Plaque Certification signifies that Rolex has qualified our team to provide the same world-class service set by Rolex watchmakers in Geneva.
Razny can only open, clean, and repair genuine Rolex brand watches.
For servicing fees, we accept credit cards, cash, and checks. We do not collect a deposit up front. After your estimate is presented, you may be asked to provide a 50% deposit of the total service cost.
Battery replacement fees start at $20 plus tax. Battery servicing may require a quote from our team.
Timeframes vary depending on the type of service provided and the availability of parts. Please expect more information with your estimate.
Generally, a crystal replacement will require a complete service. We ask that you please bring your watch into our store so that we may evaluate and confirm the needed services.
