FREE SHIPPING

Shop for jewelry, timepieces, and gifts on Razny.com and enjoy complimentary 2-day shipping on all orders delivered within the continental United States.  Expedited shipping is available for a fee.

 

Shipping insurance is included at no cost. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Razny Jewelers does not ship to post office boxes.

 

Please note that we can only ship to the billing address connected to the credit card used. If you plan to send your order to an address other than the billing address attached to your credit card, we recommend contacting the bank that issued your card to arrange for an alternative shipping address if possible.

 

Please expect an email from our team confirming we’ve received your order.

 

Alternatively, we invite you to pick up your order in-person at any of our four boutiques. If picking up in person, please remember to bring valid photo identification along with the credit card used to place the order.

 

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

We try to prepare all orders for shipment or pickup within 1-2 business days after payment is processed, excluding holidays and weekends.   Our priority is to provide you with luxury treasures that meet the standard you’ve come to expect from our family.  For this reason, in rare cases, our quality control efforts may cause a slight shipping delay.

 

TRACK YOUR ORDER

Once your package is shipped, we will promptly provide you with tracking information via email.

 

RETURN POLICY

Razny Jewelers does not cover the cost of shipment for returned items. To return your item, please contact us at online@razny.com and request a return authorization number (RA).

 

PLEASE NOTE: All original tags, including security tags, must still be attached for a returned item to be accepted. The yellow DO NOT REMOVE tag must be intact with no sign of tampering.

 

All discounted merchandise is final sale and will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.

All sales are final if any jewelry or watch item has been sized or altered, engraved, or is a special order.

 

Eligible merchandise may be returned for credit or exchange if returned within 30 days from the date of shipment and must meet the below qualifications.

 

  • All tags, including security tags attached. 

 

  • For timepiece purchases, watches must be unworn with all protective plastic attached.

 

  • The original box and paperwork must accompany the return within the same package for all jewelry, timepieces, and gifts purchased and returned.

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Only items purchased via our website may be returned to Razny Jewelers through the process outlined above.
  • Items that have been altered in any way or worn cannot be returned to Razny Jewelers for a refund or exchange.
