Selling Your Pre-Owned Watch at Razny Jewelers: How Does it Work?

If you are interested in receiving a quote for your pre-owned Rolex watch, please follow three easy steps:

1. Email Timepieces@Razny.com with a photo of your watch and model information. Within your email, let us know if you still have the watch’s original box and paperwork. Please remember to include your phone number so that we may respond to you promptly.

2. Expect to be contacted by our timepiece department as soon as possible, usually within 24-48 hours.

3. After speaking with us, please visit one of our four locations to deliver your watch for evaluation. After our in-house watchmakers have examined your timepiece properly, our timepiece team will contact you with our offer if applicable.
