Shipping insurance is included at no cost. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Razny Jewelers does not ship to post office boxes.

Please note that we can only ship to the billing address connected to the credit card used. Alternatively, we invite you to pick up your order in-person at any of our four boutiques. If picking up in person, please remember to bring valid photo identification along with the credit card used to place the order.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

We try to prepare all orders for shipment or pickup within 1-2 business days after payment is processed, excluding holidays and weekends.   Our priority is to provide you with luxury treasures that meet the standard you’ve come to expect from our family.  For this reason, in rare cases, our quality control efforts may cause a slight shipping delay.
