No first is more celebrated than that born of love. We at Razny Jewelers are proud that so many couples begin their happily ever after with us. We are especially proud to celebrate the love and engagement of our own Christine Razny, third-generation of Razny Jewelers, to Jimmy Porter, third-generation of Porter Pipe & Supply. “His family has been clients of our store for more than 30 years,” Christine relates. “Jimmy anonymously sent me a bouquet of flowers after receiving a tip from my father that I was newly single. A few days later, we went on our first date. We’ve been inseparable ever since.

While on a business trip to Switzerland, I noticed a man who looked suspiciously like my boyfriend standing under a night sky. I quickly realized it was Jimmy and he was about to propose!

For my ring, Jimmy worked with legendary jewelry designer Bez Ambar, creator of the princess cut diamond. As a reminder of my late grandfather, I plan to wear a pair of heirloom diamond-and-pearl earrings the day of our spring wedding. They were the last piece of jewelry my grandfather made.” — Christine ♥
