If you plan to send your order to an address other than the billing address attached to your credit card, we recommend contacting the bank that issued your card to arrange for an alternative shipping address if possible.

Alternatively, we invite you to pick up your order in-person at any of our four boutiques. If picking up in person, please remember to bring valid photo identification along with the credit card used to place the order.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

We try to prepare all orders for shipment or pickup within 1-2 business days after payment is processed, excluding holidays and weekends.   Our priority is to provide you with luxury treasures that meet the standard you’ve come to expect from our family.  For this reason, in rare cases, our quality control efforts may cause a slight shipping delay.
