Some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Other items may be represented at a larger than actual size in order to clearly show details, or smaller than actual size in order to show the entire item. All product images represented on the site of the brands that we carry have been provided by and approved by each brand. Use of these images must be approved by each brand.

We will provide you with a hassle-free exchange or full refund when adhering to the following policy.
Please note that custom jewelry, special orders & engraved items may not be returned and are non-refundable.
- Returns must be received within 30 days after receipt of your merchandise.
- Please do not remove the Razny Jewelers’ tag until you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Once the Razny Jewelers’ tag has been removed, the item is not returnable.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Customer is responsible to pay for the return postage.
- Merchandise must be in its original condition & must include original packing, collateral materials and or warranties & certificates.
3 Step Return Process:
1. Obtain Return Authorization Code (RA #) – Email us at email@example.com or call 630-932-8234 for RA #. The RA# must be written & highly visible on the outside of your return parcel.
2. Packaging Your Return- Include all original packaging and collateral material. If your item was delivered with a diamond certificate and that certificate is not returned, you may be liable for the $250 replacement cost. Address as follows…

3. Insure Your Package & Request a Tracking or Delivery Notice.
Once your merchandise is received and accepted, your refund or new item will be processed shortly. Our Quality Assurance Department will review the returned item. Any items that show signs of wear or have been altered, resized or damaged cannot be accepted for return. Returns without a Razny Jewelers’ return authorization code will be refused upon receipt.
Razny Jewelers will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. We cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer as a result of late delivery or cancellation of your order.

- Orders placed before 3:00 pm (CST) Monday-Friday: Your order will begin processing that day. Please note that special orders may require additional time based on that item’s availability. A staff member from our Online Order Support Department will be assigned to you and will remain in communication with you throughout the entire purchase, shipping & delivery process to ensure your total satisfaction.
- Note that orders placed Saturday, Sunday, holidays or after 3:00 pm (CST) on a regular business day will be processed on the next business day.
- We only ship within the United States
- Your order will be shipped to you fully insured. We urge all customers to inspect your package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt. Packages are insured by Razny Jewelers until they are signed for and delivered.
- All deliveries require a signature
- As a security precaution to protect our customers against fraud, an item must be delivered to a destination that is your billing address. If you wish to deliver to an address other than your billing address we will confirm that your issuing bank has this address on file. To expedite your order, you will need to call your issuing bank and provide them with your alternate shipping address for their records.
